It’s extremely hard to put into words how truly grateful my partner and I are that our paths crossed with Taylor, and that she had our backs when purchasing our first home. She always made us feel that we were her only client, she was swift with responses and humoured all of my questions – never making me feel silly for knowing next to nothing about buying a house. Because we didn’t live close to the area we were buying in, Taylor booked viewings and went on her own time without us to make sure that when we did get the chance to make the trip, we weren’t wasting all of our time with houses that weren’t a great fit.
